Peeping
Experimenting with the camera: Urban work scenes. Best taken at ISO1600, f5.6, 1/40 for a nice saturated black and vibrant colours. Perfect season for peeping inside: it’s still early enough for people to be working, yet dark.

This one could have been framed better, ie less space below the window.

The Barbican.
London Experience
In between meetings last Tursday, I happened to stroll past the Barbican, which I really like because I like concrete. This chap gentleman comes out of the building, looks at me and asks me where I am from. What followed was a conversation about the Barbican and concrete architecture; finally, I asked who he was.

Turns out it was Sir John Tusa, MD of the Barbican. I suppose one could extrapolate some deep marketing lesson here (like showing genuine interest in what your customers think), but I’ll leave it there. Nice little London story, something to tell others about!
What’s in a brand?
Here’s a claim:

wtf?
Computersbehindblogs
Here’s a fun idea: a Flickr group called Computers Behind Blogs. Take a picture of your primary blogging machine and share it with the world. Remember: it’s the mind that makes a successful blog, but nonetheless… you never know :)

Yo-Yoing
I know it’s awful but I’ve once again decided to change this blog back into English. It’s about the third time I’ve done that. Partly because I can’t make up my mind, and partly because there are more readers from outside Germany than I thought. Let’s see how long this one lasts.
So tomorrow I should be off to London. Let’s see how it goes; the original flight was cancelled last week due to severe storms, this time around there’s loads of snow. Fingers crossed.
