Simplicity
Simplicity is the key to successful product design, or, if you like, selling simplicity is a true value add for agencies. There is now a weblog about simplicity by MIT "guru" John Meada.
Worthwile reading. I'm tempted to print this out and hang it up somewhere visible:
"Great simplicity is about having something sufficiently transparent that it doesn't interfere, but definitely has to have enough bling to be noticed and appreciated. "
